GATEKEEPER PROGRAM

The Senior Outreach and Referral (SOAR) Gatekeeper Program helps identify at-risk seniors and help those seniors find assistance. A Gatekeeper can be any member of our community that may come in contact with seniors on a regular basis and, through that contact, notice changes in the senior's routine which may indicate deterioration in functioning, substance abuse or mental health issues. Examples of Gatekeepers are:
